5. Quotations, Fees & Payment
- Quotations provided via the Site or otherwise are estimates and may be revised based on project scope, requirements, or discussions.

- Late or non-payment may result in suspension of ongoing Services until outstanding amounts are settled.

- Outputs generated by AI systems (e.g., chatbot responses, automated content, campaign optimizations) are provided on an “as-is” basis and may require human review before use.
- We are not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, or unintended outputs generated by AI tools, though we will make reasonable efforts to configure and monitor them appropriately.
- Client data used within AI/automation tools will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, financial, technical, or strategic information shared during the course of the engagement, and to use such information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the Services.
10. Disclaimers
